Motion amending Motion M98-404, as amended, which authorized a professional
services agreement with Adrian Herbst, the Bailer Herbst Law Group, P.C., to
increase the estimated cost by $85,000 for additional services required in
connection with the cable franchise application by AT&T Broadband Cable Services.
