Motion authorizing City Manager or his designee to submit such ordinance to the
Department of Housing and Urban Development for substantial equivalency and
enter into an Interim Agreement with Housing and Urban Development for the
$115,000 funding package to establish a substantially equivalent Fair Housing
Program, beginning with this federal funding cycle; and to include authorization for
the City Manger to continue with the preliminary agreement for up to a three year
period and thereafter establish annual Housing and Urban Development
worksharing agreements.
