Motion authorizing the payment of the Special Commissioners' condemnation award
of $75,000 for acquisition of Parcel No. 32 located on Ennis Joslin Road between
Carson Street and the Alameda/Ennis Joslin intersection in connection with the
Spur 3, Phase 2 Improvements project.
