MOTIONS - 1/25/00
Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to employ Geoffrey Gay and
the law firm of Lloyd, Gosselink, Blevins, Rochelle, Baldwin & Townsend, P. C. to
advise and represent City interests with respect to electric deregulation projects and
proceedings at the Public Utility Commission and with respect to
telecommunications regulatory and franchise matters at the rate of $200 per hour,
subject to appropriation.
