Motion authorizing the City Manager or designee to execute an amendment to the
agreement with the Corpus Christi Regional Economic Development Corporation
(EDC) to increase the number of members of the Executive Board from twelve to
fourteen by appointing the Mayor and County Judge as ex-officio directors.
