Motion approving the purchase of fifty pilot loaded top entry regulators in
accordance with Bid Invitation No. BI-0039-00 from Puffer-Sweiven, Inc., Corpus
Christi, Texas, based on low bid, for a total of $40,382. The regulators will be used
by the Gas Department. Funds are budgeted in FY99-00.
