Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute a contract in the
amount of $1,746,235 with Pate & Pate Enterprises, Inc. for construction of the Up
River Road 24" Water Line Improvements - Phase III, West Guth Park to Southern
Minerals Road.
