Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute a testing agreement
in the amount of $25,769 with Professional Services Industries, Inc. for material
testing and inspection services for the Up River Road 24" Water Line Improvement-
Phase III, West Guth Park to Southern Minerals Road.
