Motion approving the purchase of a 5-ton brush fire truck from Memphis Equipment,
Memphis, Tennessee for $59,000 based on sole source. This truck is a
replacement and will be used by the Fire Department. Financing will be provided
through the City's lease/purchase financing agreement with Koch Financial
Corporation.
