Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute a legal services
agreement with Barry S. Shanoff of the law firm of Knopf & Brown (at $200 per
hour) to assist the City with legal issues related to the City's landfills and the
disposal of solid waste generated within the city limits.
