Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute Amendment No. 2
in the amount of $13,060 to the engineering contract with Shiner, Moseley &
Associates, Inc. for preparation of drawings and related itemsforadditional sidewalk
improvements to be included in the Bay Trail, Phase 2 project, Texas Department
of Transportation (TxDOT) construction plans.
