Motion approving a supply agreement with Winter Maintenance & Landscaping, I nc,
Corpus Christi, Texas for improved right-of-way mowing in accordance with Bid
Invitation No. B1-0087-00, based on low bid and only bid, for an estimated annual
expenditure of $154,845. The term of the contract will be for twelve months with an
option to extend for up to two additional twelve-month periods subject to the
approval of the supplier and the City Manager or his designee. Funds have been
budgeted by the Storm Water Department in FY 99-00 and requested for FY 00-01.
