Motion to amend Ordinance prior to Second Reading by incorporating additional
provisions in Article I, Article VI and Article IX of the Tourist Industrial District
Agreement; placing limits on development size; establishing a reverter provision;
and requiring filing of the Agreement in both Nueces and San Patricio Counties.
