Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute a contract with
artist, Robert Perless in the amount of $200,000 for the complete development and
installation of artwork titled Orion's Belt on the Shoreline Drive median south of the
intersection of IH37 and Shoreline Boulevard.
