Motion approving the purchase of 54,000 vinyl library book bags from Continental
Superbag LLC, Cedar Grove, New Jersey, in the amount of $15,380 based on low
bid in accordance with Bid Invitation No. BI-0121-00. The bags will be distributed
by the South Texas Library System (STLS). Funds are available through an Library
Systems Act Grant.
