Motion authorizing the City Manager to execute a settlement agreement with
William W. Goodson in the case of William W. Goodson v. City of Corpus Christi et
al No. C-97-269, United States District Court, Southern District of Texas, Corpus
Christi Division, for $117,000, in accordance with the agreement negotiated by the
City's attorneys.
