Motion authorizing the City Manager to execute a settlement agreement with Robert
Salyer in the case of Robert Salyer v. City of Corpus Christi, No. 99-61580-2,
County Court of Law No. 2, Nueces County, Texas, for $91,090, in accordance with
the agreement negotiated by the City's attorneys.
