Motion approving a supply agreement with Haas-Anderson Corporation, Corpus
Christi, Texas for approximately 960 tons of crushed limestone in accordance with
Bid Invitation No. B1-0106-00 based on total low bid for an estimated annual
expenditure of $18,751. The term of the supply agreement will be for twelve
months with an option to extend for up to two additional twelve month periods
subject to the approval of the supplier and the City Manager or his designee. This
material will be used by the Gas, Wastewater, and Water Departments. Funds
have been budgeted in FY99-00 and requested for FY00-01 by the using
departments.
