Motion approving a supply agreement with Bay, Ltd., Corpus Christi, Texas for
approximately 20,000 tons of hot mix asphalt in accordance with Bid Invitation No.
B1~0144-00 based on low bid for an estimated annual expenditure of $549,600. The
term of the agreement shall be for twelve months with an option to extend for up to
two additional twelve month periods, subject to the approval of the suppliers and the
City Manager or his designee. Funds have been budgeted by Street Services for
FY99-00 and request for FY00-01.
