Motion approving the rebuild of a compactor and the purchase of a five year full
maintenance agreement from Holt Company of Texas, Corpus Christi, Texas based
on only bid for a total amount $449,000. The compactor is to be used by Solid
Waste Services Department. Funds are budgeted in the FY99-O0 Capital Outlay
budget as lease/purchase.
