Motion approving a supply agreement for approximately 257,500 gallons of
emulsified polymerized asphalt (HFRS-2P) in accordance with Bid Invitation No. BI-
0089-00 with Koch Materials Company, Corpus Christi, Texas based on low bid
meeting specifications for an estimated semi-annual expenditure of $247,200. The
term of the contract will be six months with an option to extend for up to four
additional six-month periods subject to the approval of the supplier and the City
Manager or his designee. Street Services will use this material with precoated
aggregate for street construction and repairs. Funds have been budgeted in FY99-
00 and requested for FY00-01.
