Motion approving the purchase of one crawler tractor and a five year full
maintenance agreement from Waukesha Pearce Industries, Inc., Corpus Christi,
Texas in accordance with Bid Invitation No. BI-0108-00, based on low bid for a total
amount of $525,195.80. The crawler tractor is a raplacement and is to be used by
Solid Waste Services Department, and is budgeted in the FY 99-00 budget as
lease/purchase.
