Motion approving the purchase of 5,000 feet of 16" coated and wrapped steel pipe
in accordance with Bid Invitation No. BI-0161-00 from Pipe Exchange, Inc.,
Houston, Texas based on low bid for a total of $89,150. The pipe is for the Gas
Department and is included in the FY 99-00 Budget.
