Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute a maintenance
agreement with Hewlett-Packard Company in the amount of $18,960 for
maintenance of the hardware and operating system of the Municipal Court's
computer management system, based on sole source. The term of the agreement
is for twelve months.
