Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute an agreement with
the Corpus Christi Downtown Management District and Central Power and Light
Company for the construction of Phase 2B of proposed sidewalk area street lighting
improvements in the Downtown Business District at a cost not to exceed $130,000.
