Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute Attachment No. 05
to Contract No. 7460005741-2001 with the Texas Department of Health in the
amount of $592,326 and providing forthe Bureau of Clinical and Nutrition Services
to fund group nutrition education, individual counseling, immunization services, and
to distribute food vouchers at no cost to individuals identified as having nutritional
deficiencies and/or nutritional risk during the period October 1, 2000 through
September 30, 2001.
