Motion approving a supply agreement for portable chemical toilet service from BFI
Waste Systems of North America in accordance with Bid Invitation No. BI-0164-00
based on only bid for an estimated annual expenditure of $18,000. The term of the
supply agreement will be for twelve months with an option to extend for up to two
additional twelve-month periods subject to the approval of the supplier and the City
Manager or his designee. Funds are budgeted by using departments in FY00-01.
