Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute an architectural
services contract (Amendment No. 1) in the amount of $14,989 with Terry K. Off,
Arch itect, dba Architect TKO, for Sea Lab Renovations at the Texas State Aquarium
in accordance with provisions of the Contract Management Agreement with the
Texas State Aquarium Association, utilizing funding provided by the Texas State
Aquarium.
