Motion pursuant to Chapter 49 (Streets and Sidewalks), Division 2 (Temporary
Closure of Streets), Section 49-17 (Conditions and Requirements for Permit),
Paragraph (a), to allow the applicant for the "Texas Music Jam" event to charge an
admittance fee of $5.00 for all persons above the age of 12 years.
