Motion approving supply agreements with the following companies, for wrecker
service for City owned vehicles and equipment in accordance with Bid Invitation No.
BI-0001-01 based on low bid for an estimated annual expenditure of $58,985. The
term of the contract shall be fortwelve months with an option to extend for up to two
additional twelve-month periods, subject to the approval of the supplier and the City
Manager or his designee. Funds have been budgeted by Maintenance Services
and the Fire Department in FY00-01.
