Motion approving a supply agreement with Stewart & Stevenson Services, Inc.,
Corpus Christi, Texas for general use automotive type filters in accordance with Bid
Invitation No. BI-0003-01 based on low bid for an estimated annual expenditure of
$50,000. The term of the supply agreement will be for twelve months with an option
to extend for up to two additional twelve-month periods, subject to the approval of
the supplier and the City Manager or his designee. Funds have been budgeted by
Maintenance Services and the Fire Department in FY00-01.
