Motion approving a supply agreement with Casco Industries, Inc., Pasadena, Texas
for firefighting clothing consisting of ninety sets of pants and coats in accordance
with Bid Invitation No. B1-0017-01, based on low bid meeting specifications, for an
estimated annual expenditure of $71,761.50. The term of the agreement will be for
twelve months with an option to extend for up to two additional twelve-months
periods, subject to the approval of the supplier, and the City Manager or his
designee.
