Motion to deny the request to reconsider Ordinance No. 024270 which designates
a certain area within the jurisdiction of the City of Corpus Christi as a Tax Increment
Financing District to be known as "Reinvestment Zone Number Two, City of Corpus
Christi, Texas," establishing a Board of Directors for such Reinvestment Zone.
