Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute Amendment No. 3
to the architectural contract for construction phase, testing and other services in the
amount of $420,940 with M. Arthur Gensler, Jr. and Associates for the Corpus
Christi International Airport Terminal project.

representative), hereby certify to the City Council and other appropriate officer that the money
required for the contract, agreement, obligation or expenditure described below is in the Treasury to
the credit of the Fund specified below, from which it is to be dram, and has not been appropriated
for any other purpose.
