Motion approving the purchase of two telescopic excavators (gradall) from the
Houston-Galveston Area Council of Governments (HGAC), for the total amount of
$409,183.02. The award is based on the Cooperative Purchasing Agreement with
HGAC. These excavators will be used by the Stormwater Department. Funds are
available in the FY00-01 Capital Budget. These items are replacements to the fleet.
