Motion approving a supply agreement with Ferguson Enterprise, Inc., Corpus
Christi, Texas for approximately 2,974 ductile iron mechanical joint, flanged and
swivel fittings and approximately 5,100 related accessories in accordance with Bid
Invitation No. BI-0023-01, based on total Iow bid for an estimated annual
expenditure of $27,641.53. The term of the contract is for twelve months with
options to extend for up to two additional twelve month periods, subject to the
approval of the contractor and the City Manager or his designee. These items are
purchased into the Warehouse Inventory and charged out to the Water and
Wastewater Departments.
