MOTIONS- 12/19/00
Motion approving a supply agreement with Bay Chemical & Supply Company,
Odem, Texas for approximately 6,400 tons of liquid aluminum sulfate in accordance
with Bid Invitation No. BI-0044-01 based on Iow bid for an estimated annual
expenditure of $296,320. The term of the contract is for twelve months with options
to extend for up to two additional twelve-month periods, subject to the approval of
the contractor and the City Manager or his designee. This chemical will be used by
the Water Department for treatment of our water supply. Funds have been
budgeted in FY00-01.
