Motion pursuant to Chapter 49 (Streets and Sidewalks), Division 2 (Temporary
Closure of Streets), Section 49-17 (Conditions and Requirements for Permits),
paragraph (a) to allow the applicant for the Millennium Carnival event to charge an
admittance fee of $1.00 for ail persons attending the carnival.
