Motion approving the pumhase of 1,300 traffic sign faces, 3,000 aluminum sign
blanks, 300 extruded aluminum sign blades and 2,000 traffic sign posts in
accordance with Bid Invitation No. BI-0062-01 with the following companies for the
following amounts, based on Iow bid meeting specifications and Iow bid for a total
of $47,499.50. The sign faces, sign posts and anchors will be used by the Traffic
Division of the Street Services. Funds have been budgeted by the Street
Department for FY00-01.
