Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute a professional
services contract with Kiehl Henderson Group to conduct a Focal and regional air
and highway intermodal demand analysis for the purpose of attracting air and
highway carriers, freight forwarders, and other cargo industry companies to Corpus
Christi International Airport and providing for a contract fee not to exceed $39,700.
