Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute an agreement with
Union Pacific Railroad Company in the amount of $33,804 to facilitate the
construction of Gate No. 2 of the Storm Surge Protection Gate
Rehabilitation/Replacement Project by allowing the removal and replacement of
railroad tracks.
