Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute Change Order No.
1 for an additional amount not to exceed $22,550 with Mitchell's Unlimited of
Robstown, Texas for a total restated amount of $77,800 for the O.N. Stevens Water
Treatment Plant: Primary and Secondary Basins No. 3 and No. 4 Flocculator
Equipment Rehabilitation.
