Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute a contract with
Clean Harbors Environmental Services, Inc. for the Household Hazardous Waste
Disposal services at the J.C. Elliott Landfill. These services will be rendered on an
"event" basis, four (4) times per year and funded by the Storm Water Department.
The estimated annual expenditure for this service is $90,000.
