Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute a professional
services contract with The Kleberg Law Firm for land acquisition services in
connection with the Rincon Bayou Project, at the rate of $175 per hour for principal
attorneys, $65 per hour for paralegals, and $260 per day for landmen, plus
expenses.
