Motion approving supply agreements for lubricating oils, greases and antifreeze in
accordance with Bid Invitation No. BI-0080-01, with the following companies for the
following amounts. Awards are based on Iow bid, for an estimated six-month
expenditure of $54,039.20. The term of the ag reement shall be for six months with
an option to extend for up to four additional six-month periods, subject to the
approval of the suppliers and the City Manager or his designee. Funds have been
budgeted by Maintenance Services, Solid Waste Department and the Fire
Department for FY00-01.
