Motion approving an assignment of a supply agreement contract from Plant and
Pipeline Services, Inc., Corpus Christi, Texas to Brown Mule Mowing, Corpus
Christi, Texas for mowing of storm water rights-of-ways. All terms and conditions
of the original contract awarded under BI-0063-99 will apply under the assignment.
Funds have been budgeted by the Storm Water Department in FY00-01.
