Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute an agreement with
the Corpus Christi IceRays to provide $10,000 from the F¥00/01 Weed and Seed
Program to implement a Sports Leadership and Mentoring Program, which will
develop better discipline, self-esteem, and communication skills in a positive
atmosphere.
