Motion to amend prior to Second Reading by substituting a revised ordinance which
establishes the Committee for Persons with Disabilities by adding the Director of
Parks and Recreation as an ex-officio non-voting member of the committee and
designating sections of the Code of Ordinances to be amended to create and make
reference to this committee.
