Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute First Amendment
to the Consulting Services Agreement between the City and the Corpus Christi
Convention and Visitors Bureau to reallocate representation on the board of
directors by reducing the aidground transportation representatives from 2 to 1 and
increasing the At-large representatives from 6 to 7.
