Motion authorizing the City Manager to employ Timothy L. Brown to provide legal
services in connection with an application to be filed with the Texas Natural
Resources Conservation Commission by the San Antonio Water System and others
for permits in connection with recharge projects affecting the Nueces River Basin
at $140 per hour plus expenses, including necessary expert consultants and
witnesses, specifically including Robert J. Brandes at $135 hourly with other firm
members and expenses at the firm's current rate schedule.
